Why This Circle Exists
If you’ve been carrying the weight of loss —
the death of a loved one, the unraveling of a dream,
or the quiet heartbreak of our changing world —
this circle is for you.
Through gentle guidance, embodied practice, and shared witnessing,
you’ll begin to understand what grief truly is
and how it moves through body, heart, and spirit.
You’ll learn to meet your grief with compassion rather than resistance —
to trust your tears, your tremors, and your tenderness.
Most participants leave feeling lighter, more grounded,
and gently renewed — with a deeper sense of belonging
to themselves, to life, and to love.

Every Step Toward Grief Is a Step Toward Wholeness

Tending your grief isn’t about fixing —
it’s about remembering your belonging.
To the body.
To love.
To life.
The Practice
The Art of Grief Tending is a doorway into a new way to be with grief.
In a supportive circle, you’ll learn practices that build steadiness, safety, and ease in your nervous system.
We'll explore simple but powerful rituals, embodied exercises, and community witnessing — practices you can carry into daily life.
This workshop is both an introduction and a return. As you expand your understanding of grief, you may feel a deep sense of relief — the embodied realization that your grief is not a mistake, and that you are not grieving ‘wrong.’
From this ground, you’ll gain rituals and tools to help grief move and soften — so it does not have to be carried alone.
