Your Grief Doesn’t Need To Be Fixed.
This work is rooted in the understanding that grief is not something to fix, but something to be tended—held in relationship, witnessed in community, and honoured as sacred.
Through years of study, lived experience, and devotion to feminine ways of knowing, Bindi creates spaces where women can meet what they carry with presence, depth, and support.
NOT EVERY WOMAN WHO EXPERIENCES GRIEF WILL FEEL CALLED TO THIS WORK.
The women who do are often carrying sorrow that has remained long after the world expected it to fade. They have continued living, working, caring for others, and doing their best to move forward, while quietly wondering why something inside still feels unfinished.
Many are helpers, healers, mothers, creatives, or women becoming elders in their families and communities. They are drawn to embodied practice, ritual, and the understanding that grief is not something to conquer, but something to learn to carry differently.
They’re not looking for another strategy to "move on."
They’re looking for a more honest relationship with their grief—one that allows sorrow and vitality to exist together.
If that feels familiar, I'd love to introduce you to the women this work is truly for.
FRANCIS WELLER / DARKWOODS OF GRIEF
Whose teachings helped me understand that grief is not a private burden, but a communal rite of passage— sacred ground where love and loss meet.
Through my training with Darkwoods of Grief, a living branch of Weller’s lineage, I learned to tend sorrow through ritual, movement, and shared witnessing— restoring the ancestral ways of grieving together that modern culture has forgotten.
MARTIN PRETCHEL & JOANNA MACY
The teachings of Martín Prechtel on grief and praise, and Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects, remind us that grief, gratitude, and belonging are threads of the same fabric— when one is lost, all are diminished.
WOMEN’S SOMATIC EDUCATOR & THE AWAKENING WOMEN’S INSTITUTE
Certified Women’s Somatic Educator and graduate of the Awakening Women’s Institute, weaving embodiment, nervous-system wisdom, and feminine spirituality into every offering— ensuring that grief work remains grounded, safe, and deeply rooted in the body’s innate intelligence.
SACRED ANCESTRY
Certified in the Sacred Ancestry Method through the teachings of Torie Feldman, whose work bridges ancestral healing, embodiment, ritual, and spiritual connection. This lineage expanded my understanding of grief beyond the individual. It taught me that some forms of sorrow are woven through generations, and that healing is not only about tending inherited wounds, but restoring relationship with the ancestors whose love, wisdom, resilience, and belonging continue to live within us.
THE LINEAGES THAT SHAPE THIS WORK
The Hands That Hold This Work
I LOST MUCH FROM AN EARLY AGE AND SPENT DECADES SEARCHING FOR WAYS TO LIVE WITH GRIEF
In time, I came to see I was not being punished but prepared— to serve at the gates of grief.
Each loss shaped my capacity to hold others. The path led me to serve as a ritualist and grief doula, tending sorrow as sacred ground.
Alongside the work of grief, I was called to re-member feminine wisdom. After years in spiritual study, I found home within the Awakening Women’s Institute and the embodied Goddess traditions — spaces where the fierce and tender parts of me were equally welcome. From this devotion, White Crow Wisdom emerged — a vessel for temple work and mentorship rooted in elder feminine guidance.
The name White Crow was given by Spirit — a matriarch presence who reminds us of the power and necessity of elder women’s wisdom. Her message is clear: we need the steady presence of women who have walked through endings and beginnings, who bring calm and clarity to a world in transition.
This is the heart of my work — tending grief and restoring the feminine ways of knowing.
