GRIEF WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE CARRIED ALONE

What if your exhaustion isn't weakness?

What if your numbness isn't failure?

What if your grief has simply been
carrying more than anyone realized?

The purpose of this work isn't to fix grief.

It's to help you integrate it.

Making Sense Of Grief

PERHAPS GRIEF HAS FELT:

→ bigger than you expected.

→ heavier than you imagined.

→ more confusing than anyone prepared you for.

→ like something no one around you quite understands.

If so, you're not alone.

Making Sense of Grief is a free four-part introduction to grief tending, created to help you better understand what grief is, why it affects us so deeply, and what begins to help.

I CAME TO THIS WORK THROUGH MY OWN SORROW.

FROM AN EARLY AGE

I EXPERIENCED LOSS THAT STAYED WITH ME AND LIVED IN MY BODY FOR YEARS.

I spent decades trying to understand how to be with it, carry it, and keep living alongside it. Eventually, I stopped trying to move past my grief, and I began to truly listen to it.

That decision is what led me here.

GRIEF IS OFTEN FAR LARGER THAN OUR CULTURE KNOWS HOW TO HOLD
